                                          True confessions... I was a wee lad when Gilda did her Candy Slice on SNL. Her parody of Patti Smith is what actually turned me on to Patti Smith! I eventually heard the Horses album which reminded me so much of Candy Slice. And then a little light bulb appeared over my pointed head... "Oh... wait a minute!" Sigh... I miss you Gilda.

                                                                          This, however, is the first time I ever knew that Rick Nelson was on that show. (I was on a submarine when it aired.)
